By using eliroo.com you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short.

1. What the site is

eliroo.com provides free browser-based utilities. The tools run on your own device; we do not receive, process or store what you put into them. No account is required and no fee is charged.

2. Use of the tools

You may use the tools for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. You may link to any page on this site. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, use it to infringe someone else's rights, or scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others.

3. Your content

You keep all rights in whatever you put into a tool. Because that content never reaches us, we acquire no licence to it and take on no responsibility for it. Making sure you have the right to process the material you use is up to you.

4. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We work hard on accuracy — conversion factors are exact where an exact definition exists, and formulas are stated on the page so you can check them — but we do not guarantee that any output is correct, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

Verify anything that matters. Do not rely on a free web utility as the sole basis for a financial, legal, medical, structural or safety decision.

5. Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is financial, legal, medical or professional advice. Calculators illustrate arithmetic; they do not know your circumstances. Where a category carries specific disclaimers — health tools, or tools describing traditional and cultural systems — those disclaimers form part of these terms.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site, including lost data, lost profit or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing here affects the statutory rights of consumers in the EU.

7. Availability and changes

The site is offered without any uptime commitment and may change or be withdrawn at any time. Tools may be altered, corrected or removed. When a factual correction is made to a tool, the page records it.

8. Intellectual property

The site's design, text, code, name and the Roo mascot belong to KumaPix. You may not copy the site wholesale or present it as your own. Quoting a page with attribution and a link is fine.

9. Advertising

Advertising may be shown in future. Advertisements are supplied by third parties and their content is not ours; we take no responsibility for what advertisers say or offer.

10. Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers in the EU retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
