How to reach the person who runs Eliroo | bug reports, corrections and tool requests.
Email is the only channel, and it reaches a person rather than a queue.
What to expect
Eliroo is run by one person alongside other work, so replies usually take a few days. Bug reports and factual corrections get looked at first, if a tool is giving a wrong answer, that is the priority.
Useful things to include
- For a bug: the page URL, what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your browser and whether you were on a phone or a computer helps.
- For a wrong result: the input you used and the answer you expected. Please do not send confidential material, a small example that reproduces the problem is enough.
- For a tool request: what you were trying to do when you went looking for it. That is more useful than the tool name.
- For a privacy request under GDPR (access, correction or erasure) say so in the subject line. See the privacy policy for what is actually held.
